Maxime Takken

Maxime Takken from Alphen aan den Rijn, the current Dutch U17 Road Race Champion, combines her 5VWO studies with a deep passion for cycling. She draws her inexhaustible motivation from the pure joy, the unexpected adventures, and the adrenaline the sport offers her.

Within NXTG Racing, Maxime specifically focuses on the tough classics. Her absolute favorites are the iconic spring races: The Tour of Flanders and Gent-Wevelgem. She dreams of competing for the victory in these races, where she wants to develop into a true specialist.

Maxime is building a solid foundation for a future professional cycling career with great discipline and sharp focus. Her national title is a promising starting point for a prominent role in the international women’s peloton.
